Mindfulness and therapy for anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck millennials
Break free from the ever-present sense of urgency and rediscover what really matters - through evidence-based Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, made simple, enjoyable, and practical. Ditch the daily grind and hustle culture to embrace a slower, more intentional life (without the guilt trip).
Hi! I’m Carina (she/her).
Mindfulness Teacher, Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in the UK's National Health Service (NHS), university clinical and research supervisor, and anxious person who has felt stuck and purposeless in the rat race that life can be.
Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helped me the most, so now I share them with everyone who wants to get unstuck - from worrying, overthinking, avoidance, overwhelming emotions, and many other things that may be holding you back - through accessible, applicable, and engaging courses and sessions.
Let’s work together
Spend some regular time with yourself and with fellow always-on-the-go people to break out of autopilot, regroup, and learn to make wiser choices.
There’s a reason mindfulness is primarily taught in groups - we learn together, and co-create the group, while growing freedom, belonging, and resonance.

Take you further with your practice
One-to-one mindfulness support
Do you want to offer something to your employees that can really make a difference to their quality of life, while also promoting connection?
I can create workshops to help people pause, slow down, and gain perspective - even when there’s not much time for it.
I worked in a start-up, moved to California for 3 months to take part in a very reputable start-up accelerator, lived with my colleagues, and worked 6 days/week. I’ve also worked in under-funded and over-pressured national mental health services for years.
I know about the pressures of fast-paced work, deadlines, targets, KPIs, and burnout.
Bespoke workshops to help organisations or businesses take care of their people
