You agree for any information you do post publicly to be accurate - as any comment or complaint you post may be construed as claims about me or my services and be subject to legal claims.

Services and Products Terms & Conditions
All information included on the website which describes the content or processes related to the services offered, as well as any forms you are required to complete, and any communication from me via email or any other medium, constitutes part of the Terms & Conditions.
Confidentiality
Anything you share as part of group or individual sessions is kept confidential. I may only share such information with my supervisors, for the purposes of professional development and quality of care. The only other time that I may break confidentiality is if I am worried about any harm coming to you or anyone else, in which case I may contact other health or social care professionals for your or others’ safety - if that is the case, I will endeavour to discuss this with you before I do so.
You also agree to keep anything other participants share in any group sessions confidential, including, but not limited to, not sharing specifically what one participant has said in a breakout room with the wider group without permission.
Responsibility for mental and physical wellbeing
Even though I abide by the BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness-based Approaches) Good Practice Guidelines and may give suggestions related to practices, techniques, and methods involved in the services I provide, you are ultimately solely responsible for your wellbeing and health during your engagement with me in whatever form - which includes any decisions regarding your mental and physical fitness and safety to participate in any services as a whole, and any specific activities as part of the services (such as following mindfulness invitations or not, modifying them as needed, or opting out).
Therefore, you acknowledge that participating in any services offered by me may lead to an increased awareness of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, and may therefore be experienced as challenging.
Non-transferability
Any services or products you purchase from me via this website or any other medium are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer or share these materials or links to or with anyone else unless you have been granted written permission by myself. For example, you may not allow a friend to sit in with you on a course.
Cancellations
Apart from the refund processes described elsewhere (FAQs, forms on website or when booking a service), for individual sessions, the below applies to therapy sessions or ongoing 1:1 work:
You can cancel an appointment twice, with at least 24 hours' notice each time, during a therapy episode/ongoing work, without being charged, irrespective of the reason (including planned absences - please do discuss these with me at the start of therapy/our sessions or as soon as you know about this).
If you do let me know at least 24h before the session, and it is your first or second time cancelling, the payment will be transferred to your next session.
If you let me know less than 24h before the session, you will be charged the full amount.
If you request to cancel a session more than twice during a therapy episode/ongoing work, even if this is with more than 24h notice, you will be charged the full amount.
If your session is part of a pack, if you let me know at least 24h before the time of the session, the session is not lost and can be used as credit for your next session. If you let me know less than 24h before the session, the session is lost.
If you are in a situation where you would be charged the full amount, I will consider trying to find a mutually convenient other time the same week to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.
I will let you know of any planned absences on my part at the start of therapy/our sessions or as soon as I know about this, and these will usually not be more than two during a therapy episode/ongoing work. If these happen during a course, you will know this and how it affects the sesison dates at the time of booking the course.
If I need to cancel a session because of unforeseen circumstances such as sickness or emergencies, I will make every attempt to let you know as soon as I can. For individual work, we will discuss options such as rescheduling or refunding. For courses, this will result in the course being extended by a period of time equivalent to my absence (e.g., if I am away for a week, the course will be extended by a week).
I reserve the right to refuse to continue a session, or exclude your from a course session, without refund, if you display aggression or violate any other terms or conditions after warnings.
Refunds
Apart from the situations described on the website and forms related to any services or products purchased, no refunds will be provided. This includes situations in which you have started but are not able, for whatever reason, to finish a course or pack you have signed up for.
Payment and fees
Bookings close 48h before the start of any type of service and payment is required at the time of booking. Fees are payable as described on the website for each service in turn. You are responsible for any processing or transaction fees.
You authorise charging of your debit or credit card as per the payment options available.
You will not attempt to get back any money paid to me from your bank or credit card provider. I reserve the right to take any legal measures to receive any owed amount.
If any payments do not go through, you agree to take any needed actions for the payment to go through, immediately (e.g, update card information etc.) - if no payment has been received, you will not have access to the selected service. To acknowledge that sometimes, payments are delayed due to no fault of the client or participant, if a payment is more than four (4) days late, a late fee of £50 is incurred. If a payment is more than eight (8) days late, your access to a service may cease, and you will still be responsible for making any outstanding payments you have signed up for.
